Norderney is located in Northern Germany and is one of the typical Nordsee Islands of Germany. It only holds one town but is all surrounded by the sea and beautiful long beaches as well as by the UNESCO World Heritage site the Wattenmeer (for a closer description, scroll down!)

Norderney have a very modern and very clean Port. A very beautiful Island with many attractions and activities to offer. There is a bus cost of 2 Euro to take you from the Port to the City Center. The Bus driver give Island Info brochure to all passengers. I think this is already with coordination with Frisia Tours.

The island Norderney is 14 km long, 2.5 km wide and a group of only 6150 people call this pretty special stretch of sand home. The weather gets better, and that on the very first morning of my stay. One thing I like best is to walk along the lonely beaches. The further I walk away from town, the fewer people I meet.
